We want MESH to be usable by people with disabilities and welcome feedback about barriers.

Our approach

CREATIVE EXIT, LLC is working to make MESH accessible. Our design and development target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we review changes to the site.

We have not completed a comprehensive accessibility conformance audit. This page describes our approach and how to get help; it is not a certification of full WCAG conformance or compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Using MESH

  • Use the “Skip to content” link to move past navigation.
  • Navigate links, buttons, forms, and dialogs with a keyboard. Visible focus indicators show the current control.
  • Increase browser text size or zoom. Public pages adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.
  • Public pages and cookie settings use headings, descriptive links, and labeled controls. Cookie-save messages are announced to assistive technology.
  • Public pages respect reduced-motion preferences. Important information does not depend only on animation or color.

Report a barrier or ask for help

Email support@creativeexit.com if you cannot access information or complete a task. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and, if helpful, your browser and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.

We will review the issue and work with you on an accessible way to proceed. You may request help completing a task or receiving information in another accessible format. Do not include passwords or unnecessary private business information in your report.

Third-party steps

ChatGPT sign-in and any connected external services include pages outside MESH’s interface. If a third-party step prevents access, let us know so we can help identify a way forward and report the issue where appropriate.

Ongoing work

We review navigation, keyboard access, labels, focus, contrast, text resizing, errors, and mobile layouts as features change. Automated checks are only one part of accessibility evaluation. We will update this statement when our practices, assessment results, or support process change.
