Terms & Conditions
The terms for using MESH by CREATIVE EXIT, LLC.
Effective and last updated: September 7, 2026
1. The service and these terms
These terms govern your use of MESH, a service operated by CREATIVE EXIT, LLC. MESH helps business users organize location information, review listing changes, manage tasks, and prepare content and media. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement and have authority to act for the business you represent. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the management workspace.
A separate written agreement with CREATIVE EXIT, LLC controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms. The current website does not offer self-service subscriptions or collect payments.
2. Accounts and business authorization
Public pages and the sample preview are available without an account. Workspace access requires ChatGPT sign-in and MESH membership. Signing in does not automatically grant access to a business. Keep your sign-in account secure, use only the permissions assigned to you, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be authorized to represent each business you manage, connect its accounts, and approve changes on its behalf. Do not access another person’s workspace without permission or share your credentials.
3. Your information and content
You retain your rights in information, drafts, images, videos, and other content you provide. You authorize CREATIVE EXIT, LLC and the providers supporting MESH to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions.
Submit accurate information and only content you have permission to use. Keep your own copies of important originals. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information unnecessary for your business listing work.
4. Reviews, integrations, and publication
Review records and drafts before approving or using them. Public-source examples are unconfirmed and may be out of date. An approval inside MESH is not proof that a directory has published an update. Google and other external services control their own eligibility rules, reviews, publication timing, and availability.
Google connections and AI drafting require additional setup and are not currently enabled in the hosted service. When enabled, use them only with the necessary account authorization and review generated material for accuracy and appropriate use. MESH does not guarantee search rankings, directory approval, uninterrupted integrations, or business results.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use MESH to impersonate a business, submit unlawful or infringing content, manipulate listings deceptively, send unsolicited communications, distribute malicious software, evade access controls, or disrupt the service. Do not use automated access to circumvent the permissions or limits of MESH or a connected provider.
6. MESH and third-party services
MESH’s software, branding, and service materials belong to CREATIVE EXIT, LLC or their respective licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of it. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Separate provider terms apply when you use ChatGPT, Google, or another external service.
7. Availability, suspension, and ending access
Features may change or become unavailable. We may restrict access to address unauthorized use, security concerns, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. You may stop using MESH and contact support to request account closure or discuss export and deletion of your information. Removing access or disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete every stored business record.
8. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MESH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use. You are responsible for reviewing your business information and decisions before relying on or publishing them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. These terms may be updated as MESH changes. We will post the revised text and effective date here, provide notice of material changes in MESH, and provide any additional notice or agreement required by law. Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of personal information.
